Gaia catalogs (`wcc_sim.catalog`)

Gaia DR3 cone-search catalog with a simple on-disk cache.

wcc_sim.catalog.GAIA_EPOCH = 2016.0: Reference epoch of Gaia DR3 positions (Julian year).

wcc_sim.catalog.SYNC_ROW_CAP = 2000: The Gaia archive caps synchronous TAP jobs at this many rows and returns an arbitrary subset of an unordered result with no warning. Queries here run asynchronously (uncapped), but a result of exactly this length is still treated as possibly truncated: it raises a warning and is never cached.

wcc_sim.catalog.CACHE_ROUND_ARCSEC = 1.0: Pointings are rounded to this many arcsec in the cache key, so the frames of a dithered series (sub-pixel to a few arcsec apart) share one query. The cone radius carries a 10 arcsec margin over the detector half-diagonal.
