Telescope (esc_etc.telescope)

Telescope geometry for the ESC ETC.

Holds aperture/collecting-area geometry. Throughput lives in Sensor (mirroring wcc-etc). Values are extracted from the vendored Lazuli telescope + ESC (per-arm aperture), matching the original Observatory.make_STP logic.

Collecting area (Lyot-stop), focal geometry, design wavelength and the resolution element resel. Geometry is fixed once built.
